That story is the LEAST of the crime.Checking out the Chronicle website,there are very revolting stories of mass prostitution,drugs,murder--ad nauseum.One story asked,"Does Houston have more Starbucks stores--or brothels?"
Hmmm,2000 coin flips in a row says its brothels.
