Amusing to me(and at most disasters in big cities)are the black mayors and black police chiefs surrounded by the Whites who will do the actual planning and rebuilding of said nig city.The blacks stand there like statues as those "smart White folks" have their moment to dispel the notion of black superiority in explaining what needs to be done.Don't blink--after the live shot,the moment is not shown again,except in edited form--mixed with plenty of black b.s. to make it seem like equal contributions.
