another example of why I support abortion: this congoid shouldn't be alive to kill

N.S.: “the defendant was heard saying 'I'm crip, bitch, we don't bleed.' the defendant was later seen shooting the victim in the woods nearby,' according to the release.”

“The firearm used was recovered at an apartment nearby.

“This was a very technical and difficult case that took a lot of investigation on the part of the police detectives who obtained much of the circumstantial evidence that allowed us to proceed to trial,' [prince William county commonwealth's attorney Amy] Ashworth said in the release. 'I am extremely grateful that we were able to obtain justice for Claudia’s senseless murder and am proud of the work of everyone involved, most importantly the two prosecutors who took this challenging case on and ultimately succeeded.'”

I don't get it. I don't get how it was "a very technical and difficult case." They had the corpse. They had the murder weapon, which they found in the apartment where the killer was staying. They had a witness to the killing, though the local Guilt Project may seek to spring McGriff.

And what I don't above all, get, is why this was murder two. McGriff dragged the homeless, prostitute vic, Claudia Morataya, 46, into the woods, before killing her. That gave him more than enough time for premeditation. When a White man, Michael Dunn, had no time for premeditation, the prosecutor still called it premeditated murder one. But, as GRA would say, this is black law.

Negroes just have such a peculiar way of expressing themselves.

I am having a hard time making comments to the Nicholas web site.

The reCAPTCHA the images have to be clicked sometimes dozens of times before the post accepted and the computer says I am not a computer.
