GRA:Is that supposed to make the shooting MORE shocking?As if he was worried about taking roll call before or was going to stop after seeing the 10 year old .The girl is lucky to not get wasted herself.

Lunged at the cops wiff a knife after talking to them for FIFTEEN minutes. They should have cuffed the guy right away. But then, case closed. A lot of expense saved. True.
