Jugging was first used around here as a way to describe when muggers stake out ATM's and rob people withdrawing cash. I don't know why they came up with a new word since staking out ATM's is something that's been happening since ATM's were invented. I think the word was coined by it's practitioners because they didn't just steal money but also administer some unnecessary physical violence. Every local incident that I've seen reported involved negro perps and White vics.

(fox news)Police in England have arrested a suspect in connection with the death of former NHL player Adam Johnson, who tragically died last month when his neck was slashed by the skate of an opposing player.
The South Yorkshire Police released a statement Tuesday confirming an arrest in their investigation into the death of 29-year-old Johnson. The suspect, who was not identified by law enforcement, was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

(Forbes)The BBC is reporting that a man has been arrested on “suspicion of manslaughter” over the on-ice hockey death of Adam Johnson. That man is of course Matt Petgrave.
Many have concluded that Petgrave has been charged with manslaughter.
That’s not the case.
He was arrested but not charged.
There are a number of possible outcomes when arrested on suspicion of manslaughter, including being released, detained, released while still under investigation or criminally charged.
The South Yorkshire Police’s investigation is ongoing. The Police have indicated that they have been “speaking to highly specialised experts in their field” to determine if charges are appropriate under the circumstances.
As part of that investigation, they will speak to Petgrave. When questioned, Petgrave does not have to answer any questions asked by police. As well, he should not participate in any police interview without legal representation.
When arrested, the officer would have told Petgrave the offence or offences he was accused of committing. They would also have been required to deliver the following police caution:
“You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.”
As I wrote here, there is a reasonable basis upon which to charge Petgrave with involuntary manslaughter. For now, however, the investigation remains ongoing and Petgrave has yet to be charged.

PETGAVE GETS STANDING OVATION FROM HOME FANS;EX-RANGER PLAYER SAYS,"IT WAS MURDER."
(NY post)Matt Petgrave, the hockey defenseman whose skate cut Adam Johnson’s neck during an Oct. 28 game in England that led to Johnson’s death, received a standing ovation during his team’s first home game since Johnson died at the age of 29.
The Sheffield Steelers, who hosted Johnson’s Nottingham Panthers two weeks earlier, returned to Utilita Arena Sheffield on Sunday and paid tribute to Johnson before their Elite Ice Hockey League game against the Coventry Blaze, with a wreath laid at center ice and a two-minute moment of silence followed by a minute of applause, according to BBC.
When an image of Petgrave — who did not play Sunday — was shown on the video board, the more than 8,000 fans in attendance gave the 31-year-old a standing ovation.
South Yorkshire police on Tuesday arrested a man in connection to Johnson’s death on suspicion of manslaughter. The identity of the man was not revealed.
Former Ranger Sean Avery gave his take on the incident after Johnson died, responding to Fox News’ Jesse Watters saying the play looked like “murder.”
