On Monday, a court approved a 10-day ban on the honking of horns in Ottawa, the Ontario city and Canadian capital, after residents complained of the noise.

Let's face it: honking is obnoxious and no doubt a real pain in the ears to people living or spending a lot of time (e.g. working) in central Ottawa -- so while I understand the urge for maximum disruption and therefore the honking, as a gesture of good will to the residents of Ottawa, many of whom may have been sympathetic to the truckers, perhaps the truckers should have voluntarily agreed to curtail the honking -- I don't think honking is at all essential to what they want to accomplish.

It's unfortunate when well-intentioned people do dumb things that hurt their cause.

This is more or less the Flight 93 Trucker Convoy -- while generally the COVID narrative is faltering, a lot is riding on its success -- breaking vaccine mandates in Canada will be an important signal to the rest of the world, especially in e.g. Germany, where they are still debating whether or not to enact one.

Canadien court ruled they must leave the roads. If they do,the truckers will have achieved very little--just the way the globalists want it.

To analyze the various convoys you have to decipher the goals-- and if these goals can--or will--ever be met.

The original convoy was set up to end vaxx mandates in Canada.Slightly successful,as some provinces dropped the MASK mandates but Trudeau refused a national stoppage of vaxx mandates. Both sides have hunkered down--as they say.

Now we see the threat of force against truckers after a court order. That's the next decision by government:how to enforce the court decision to leave the bridge.

Next are offshoots of the original protest--in Austrailia,France and supposedly the U.S.--at the Super Bowl--with talk of going to D.C.

Goals are murky here and reasonable outcomes are unknown. How much of a stoppage of product will the DHS(Department of Homeland Security) allow In the current inflationary environment that also features product shortages.

Where this goes from here and the response by globalists are the two questions in my mind. Can you imagine a thousand trucks or more moving into the Capitol?

POLICE ARRIVE TO "CLEAR" AMBASSADOR BRIDGE SATURDAY MORNING

(ZH 10:59 AM)Following Friday's 'state of emergency' declaration in Ontario, which empower police to finally clear the protesters blocking the Ambassador Bridge (of course, the Canadian government could have just rolled back the COVID restrictions that inspired the protests to begin with, although Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has used some truly bizarre rhetoric in its defense), Canadian police have moved in early Saturday to start making arrests and breaking the protest.

Protesters at the busiest land crossing between the US and Canada staunchly remained overnight despite the threats of violence from the Canadian government. The blockade has forced auto makers in the US to shutter production due to a shortage of parts (while some have been forced to fly parts across the border).

According to the AP, a city bus and school bus with the police arrived on scene Saturday morning, and officers got in formation to start clearing out the protesters.

But protesters have remained defiant(GRA:At the moment.)
