Ramirez was initially jailed on a charge of aggravated assault, but the charge was upgraded to murder after Alviso’s death. His bail on the murder charge is set at $1 million, and the Mexican citizen also faces an immigration hold.

These type of illegal alien crimes are very common. Does anyone ever remember of a case of a whitey gringo going to Mex and committing such a crime as beating someone to death? I would like to know.

Suggestion:Set him free and give him a car--it should soon be wrapped around a telephone pole or found smashed into a highway median.
