GRA: Unbelievable. But then again, it isn’t.

OTSEGO, Mich. — Allegan County deputies are looking for a man who they say assaulted an 86-year-old veteran at an Otsego Township gas station over an apparent dispute [sic] over a gas pump.

Billy Simpson, a U.S. Army veteran and retired Chaplin at the VFW Post 3030 Otsego, is recovering from his injuries at a hospital overnight, family members said.

Simpson backed his car in to a spot in front a gas pump about 1 p.m. at the Circle K, 1329 Michigan Route 89, in Otsego Township Wednesday when another driver was trying to pull into the same spot, deputies said.

The other driver got out of his car and struck Simpson in the face as he was opening his car door. A gas station clerk said she called 911 to report the assault.

Allegan County Sheriff Capt. Scott Matice said it was unclear if a weapon was used.

Vanessa Syers, Simpson's granddaughter, said Simpson underwent a blood transfusion due to losing an extensive amount of blood from the assault.

Simpson suffered facial fractures, a broken nose and had teeth knocked out, Syers said.

Deputies say Simpson never saw suspect.

“We’re hoping this man will be found. There was a woman with him, we hope she will have the courage to come forward and turn this man in. There’s no excuse for what happened,” Syers said.

A woman with the suspect in his car yelled "don't do that" moments before the attack, deputies said.

The assault happened out of view of the gas station's surveillance cameras, police said. Surveillance video from a nearby business captured the suspect's vehicle leaving the gas station, investigators said.

The suspect [sic] was described as a black man in his 20’s with shoulder-length green dreadlocks, Matice said.

86-Year-Old Vet Survives Attack by negro at a Gas Station, Says “All He Has to Do is Apologize and be on His Way” (to Prison)

(GRA: To me, this is as disgusting a story as the rape in Philly, or any of the various assaults/murders on Whites and asians by blacks the last few months.)

OTSEGO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — An 86-year-old veteran was hospitalized after he was assaulted at a gas station near Otsego Wednesday.

It happened around 1 p.m. at the Circle K on M-89 near US-131 in Otsego Township.

Bill Simpson, an 86-year-old (White) veteran, was pulling up to a gas pump as the suspect was also pulling up to the same pump, the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.

The (black) suspect got out of his vehicle and assaulted Simpson, the sheriff’s office said. It said the (black) suspect then immediately left the scene.

Simpson was brought to the hospital with severe facial injuries [sic], officials say.

He has since been released from the hospital and says he cannot believe someone would result [resort] to violence over a gas pump.

“I said, ‘I’ve been sitting here for five minutes waiting for gas guy.’ I said, ‘You just come off the highway,’ and then he just smacked me,” Simpson said. “If it was me pulling in there like that and I seen the guy and see he had a veteran’s hat on I would have said, ‘Go ahead fella, you earned it,’ but he didn’t say that. He was for himself.”

[N.S.: Oh, so the black supremacist coward was cutting the line. What a shock!]

Bill Simpson’s granddaughter, Kayla Simpson, is hopeful someone comes forward to help investigators solve the case and says her grandfather has a lot of recovery ahead of him.

“Justice needs to be served for my grandpa, he didn’t deserve any of this,” Kayla Simpson said. “He’s still really sore … his nose is broke, his jaw is fractured.”

Despite the injuries [sic], the veteran says he is willing to forgive the person who hit him.

“All I would like to do is to have the guy apologize to me for doing this and then go on his way,” he said.

[GRA: Yes—for two years in prison. It could have easily been murder—amazing that the sucker punch didn’t kill the 86-year-old Simpson.]

[N.S.: Two years? How about 20?! In reality, though, he might not get any time.]

"he cannot believe someone would result [resort] to violence over a gas pump."

Simpson had better believe and probably now does believe. The negro is just a very violent and volatile person. No self-restraint and totally out-of-control. Simpson is lucky he wasn't beaten to death.
