Founder of America's gun control movement kills himself while in prison on DU charge | daily mail online

Mark Glaze, a prominent gun control advocate, died on October 31st, leaving behind a country wrecked by gun violence without one of its most effective figures fighting for it.

Though I am tempted....

N.S.: I've told you, folks, the daily mail has become increasingly pc.

Glaze didn't found any movement. The gun-grabber movement is older than this mook Glaze. It goes back 60 years or more.

"Glaze, who was gay and a prominent campaigner for LGBT rights, is survived by his 14-year-old son, Archer; aunts, uncles etc."

GRA:But he didn't kill himself with a gun.The suicide however, was probably too late to keep the "son"(Archer)from being a mess also.

Why not? -- even after his death, one can comment on his earlier public/political activities without it being disrespectful.

He was arrested before, in 2020, for DUI in Calif -- link

The most recent accident/arrest happened on Sep 09 of this year -- it is difficult to find even local news reports about it; I found one, but unfortunately you have to register/subscribe to read it -- Washington, D.C., man charged in hit-and-run crash

While I saw he was charged with DUI, causing an accident with injury/death (just the formal name), and leaving the scene (on foot), I don't think there were any serious injuries.

Why was he still in jail so many weeks later? -- normally you'd expect a relatively low bail, maybe even a no bail release (considering his connections), for such an offense.

To compare, recall the ex-receiver for the Raiders plowed into a vehicle at more than 150 mph, pinning the victim inside where she burned to death -- and he was granted bail that he could clearly afford.

He was gay -- homosexuality is aberrant (despite what the media wants you to think), and homosexuals attempt suicide significantly more often than straight people.

Depression? In jail for a DUI? Something here not adding up. But he did not use a gun. So I guess he was true to his beliefs. Hate to be flippant but there it is.
