A second juvenile suspect in Saturday's mass shooting in downtown Austin has been arrested and charged as an adult.

N.S.: The street where the hate crimes were committed is not officiallly a "gun-free zone," but since the saloons all prohibit carrying a gun in any form, they have effectively turned the area into a gun-free zone. And nothing attracts mass shooters more than the knowledge that they have access to to masses of unarmed White people.
