N.S.: The phrase "during Scuffle" adds nothing to a story but misleads the reader, and adds moral equivalency, like the phrase "a verbal dispute." It makes it sound as if the vic was fighting the perp, but the reality in New York is that the "scuffle" and the murder were different parts of the same, lethal attack.
