The plaintiff is just wasting money on lawyers and hitting himself in the head with a hammer.The secretary of state has all the cards
in this game of "election war"-- Benson gets to decide how to investigate and fix any election tampering or "inconsistencies".
The fox is not only in the henhouse,but he's brought along a few friends(court system).
The judge in this case has GOP leanings,but when it comes time to show them--GOP judges never do.
