Day One of the Murder Trial of Officer Derek Chauvin, Charged with being a Policeman While White, in the First Degree: The White Rachel Jeantel?

By Grand Rapids Anonymous

FLOYD TRIAL--OPENING STATEMENTS

Monday, March 29, 2021 at 12:11:00 P.M. EDT

black prosecutor Jerry Blackwell and Chauvin attorney Eric Nelson spent about two hours on the incident, with Blackwell showing video of Chauvin kneeling on George Floyd. Nothing new here on the prosecution's side. “Believe the video,” he said—and ignore the toxicology.

What was new for me is what Nelson claimed—that Floyd, while being arrested, swallowed drugs to keep police from finding them on his person. So what may have started out in one direction with an attempted arrest, changed after Floyd ingested drugs during the arrest to conceal drug evidence.

That’s what I heard Nelson assert and that's a game changer if it can be proven.

Recess quickly followed at noon.

Update: The only other news I thought was interesting—and not reported since last May—was that police called for a code two and then code three ambulance BEFORE Floyd was placed on the ground—which was what Floyd requested to have police do for him (instead of sitting in the car).

I had always thought no ambulance was called until Floyd had stopped moving—but that was not true. That was just something the pro-blm forces (including media, and the suspected Nation of Islam Minnesota AG, Keith Ellison) decided to hide conveniently.

Chauvin's squad car (#330) actually called for an ambulance with sirens—six minutes before Floyd was placed on the ground. Not even a dereliction of duty here.

The second witness, Alisha Oyler, a Speedway employee at the time Floyd was arrested, was a dandy. A trashy White girl, who I’m 99% sure is a black banger (she even has a bit of that imitative “black talk” going on), answered the prosecution’s question with, “I’m trying not to swear--I thought the police were ‘messing with someone (Floyd).”

[N.S.: She also said the police were “disturbing” Floyd.]

Oyler is a horrible witness, except for the fact she videotaped the incident on her cellphone, she’d be worthless—she didn’t remember much, but she did show a hatred of “the PO-lice”—as blacks and their White GFs tend to do.

It’s 3:52 p.m.

Whatever the DA is trying to accomplish with the first two witnesses is a total mystery to me.

black security guard Donald Williams was number 3 witness—he theorized that the more Chauvin pressed on Floyd’s neck, “the more it took the life out of him.”

(GRA: When in all actuality, the drugs Floyd ingested were probably working on his heart and lungs, more and more—which neither the cops, crowd, or Williams could know.)

Video was shown of Floyd, with his now famous “I can’t breathe (numerous times)” rap, but as we all know by now, Floyd TALKING means he COULD breathe.

Then the judge adjourned for the day.

What I viewed and what the courttv analysts saw must be two different court proceedings, as they thought the prosecution’s witnesses were “strong,” while I saw them producing zero benefit to the state’s case.

--GRA

GRA, I watched parts of the first two witnesses’ testimony. I think what the prosecution sought to do with the police 911 dispatcher was nullify, in advance, the knowledge that Officer Chauvin was simply doing what he was trained to do, by saying, ‘He did it for too long.’ They also had her subtly imply that Officer Chauvin’s treatment of Floyd was illegal, immoral, and fattening, by having her claim she’d said at the time, “I don’t want to be a rat,” when she asked for a sergeant to watch the tape.

N.S.: My impression of Alisha Oyler was the same as yours. She seemed to be the closest thing to a White Rachel Jeantel.

When the attorney asked her where she’d grown up in Arizona, she simply said, “Arizona,” and when he responded, “Everywhere,” she responded affirmatively. Note that she got hired at Speedway, as a high school dropout, with an IQ of perhaps 85, as a supervisor. She didn’t have to work her way up. Makes you wonder what sort of people got the entry-level jobs there.

Maybe Oyler was there to appeal to the black supremacists on the jury.

Remember when people assumed that White trash were the biggest racists against blacks?

One quick follow-up as CourtTv's Vinnie Politan talked with Lisa Bloom. It's clear that the lawyers CourtTv are bringing in to analyze the Floyd trial are almost 100% against Chauvin. The bias reminds me of the last four years of the media coverage of Trump--not a bit of objectivity to be seen.

Bloom tonight responded to a question about drugs,in which Politan stated that Floyd had a partially dissolved speedball pill that fell out of his mouth in the cruiser.Politan then connected that to the 2019 arrest of Floyd, when he also attempted to swallow drugs to prevent further evidence from being found by police.

What did bloom say?
"It's outrageous to think--and no coincidence--that George Floyd died AFTER Chauvin's knee was placed on Floyd's neck--only then."

But he was complaining of physical problems in the cruiser and with the speedball he at least partially ingested(maybe more),as added ammunition against his heart,it's incredible that bloom can publicly air her bias and stupidity with the insistence that Chauvin's knee was the reason for Floyd's death.

She's a liberal joke.

Donald Williams purpose appeared to be to convey the sense that Chauvin was using his knee to purposefully cause death. But Williams himself estimated that when "blood holds" are used in mixed martial arts, only a few seconds go by before unconsciousness occurs. If Chauvin was attempting to cause unconsciousness or death,it would have taken a much shorter time than 9 minutes and 29 seconds to achieve his purpose. In fact, the "knee hold" had no effect on Floyd for a longer time than Williams said it would take to cut off the bloodflow--therefore NO EFFECT.

It was not the "knee hold" that caused Floyd's death,or it would have happened 7 to 8 minutes sooner. It was the drugs he ingested on top of his Covid after-effects,hypertension,lung edema and self administered drug overdose that slowly--as time moved on--caused his demise.Plus the adrenalin from fighting the cops in the car.

The Floyd boy is reported to have been acting "strange" even before cops arrived. And admitted to Chauvin he had been "hooping" earlier in the day. "Hooping" sticking the drug up you ass to get and more intense high quicker. "Hooping" I had thought a tactic only to hide the drugs from the cops.

Day two (continued)

Ted Rowlands and Julie Grant(especially)are not staying in their roles as CourtTv reporters/anchors--by simply asking legal questions of other, mostly black guests. They're spouting opinions.Grant appears ready to vote "guilty" right now, based on her constant views being expressed ad nauseum.Whatever happened to reporters reporting and interviewing?

A fair point brought up is why didn't Chauvin allow mouth to mouth resuscitation to be attempted? This needs to be explained in the context of dereliction of duty, but not the death itself.

One more point:Julie Grant put a great deal of emphasis on the "emotion of the witnesses"--but emotions aren't facts. Her exuberance about young adults letting "unscripted emotion come out in court," proved which side she is rooting for--something that I find unprofessional.Lynchings result from emotion--court trials are not supposed to be based on emotion, but evidence.blacks and ghetto Whites feed off of emotion--and lie because facts are a thorn in their sides when it comes to crime and law enforcement.Grant should not be condoning this tactic--no matter her personal views.

Now we've gone to just hearing voices in TV land--no visuals of the witnesses for some reason, but testimony--much of it emotional by White negro lovers and blacks(and especially the last White female, before the 3:40 break)gave their biased,anti-cop view of the incident.
The prosecution is attempting to say that Chauvin's actions alone were responsible for Floyd's death--but if no one in that crowded area knew of Floyd's drug intake in the cruiser--they WOULD assume Chauvin's knee caused Floyd's death.

The prosecution says,"believe what you see"--to the jury and the public,in regards to the video, but the jury SHOULD NOT believe what they see--for all the reasons I've listed previously--and neither should we.

The last witness--firefighter Genevieve Hansen, tried to promote the prosecution's angle of the incident,by blurting out at the end of her answers,"they were killing him," on a few occasions.

Eric Nelson on cross exam, got tired of her shenanigans and so did the judge--ordering Hansen "to just answer the questions."

Hansen,a 20-30 lb overweight(minimum) 27 year old,White woman, who lives in that horrible ghetto section of Minneapolis--an area where Hansen acknowledged,4 to 5 drug overdoses occur in a 48 hour period,is biased and trying to be an advocate for Floyd.

It makes me wonder if SHE has a black boyfriend, which should be noted in cases of where opinion about police are given as witnesses.

The nighttime wrap up with Vinnie Politan continued to be 100% pro-Floyd.Every lawyer on here(mostly black)are calling Floyd's death "egregious"--the word "Uncle Ben " Crump often uses in press conferences.
Tonight,CourtTv dug up a liberal White lawyer--Ron Kuby,pony-tail on display--and David Otanga(I don't have to tell you HIS race)and Kuby railed on about,"angry White or scared White jurors, that Eric Nelson is trying to reach for a hung jury."

Are people afraid to go on TV and support Derek Chauvin? It sure looks that way.America--free speech is not what it used to be,is it?

The shame of what's happening to our bigger cities is totally on display in the Chauvin trial. When blacks sweep over cities and spread the ghetto where Whites cannot escape, you wind up with White females that get swallowed up in the nig*er tsunami--who act black, talk black and think black.

It's similar to how destructive the Mexicans have been in many areas of the country.Instant ghetto, though to my knowledge,Mex seem to prefer to stay with Mex,while negro men want to--almost psychotically--get with White women(as many as possible).

The video of the street where Floyd was arrested is a microcosm for much of America.
