The Health Department warns that former roommate's can only be kept for 3 months in the freezer--safely(three days in the fridge)--then the ex-roommate must be thrown out.

Article doesn't say where that information about "not paying" came from but it must have come from the perpetrator because his victims are dead and certainly can't tell their side of the story. Note how the article states the "not paying" like it's a fact, rather than a lie told by the killer himself for an excuse. His first known slaying is from 2015 and one has to wonder how many possible victims he could have and if the media will give him the coverage he deserves.
