David in TN: The Pittsburgh cbs affiliate reports Nashville police have arrested a THIRD suspect in the December I-440 shooting of Caitlyn Kaufman, named Dimeneshia Carter.
N.S.: This was what I call a target practice murder. A racist black monster sees a White driving a car, riding a bicycle, or on the street, walking or jogging, while the black is driving, and just decides to shoot the White dead, as if the war criminal were playing a video game. The first case I recall reading of that, though neither the media nor the police described it thusly, was in Orlando about 12 years ago. A black man standing on the sidewalk, whom the media claimed was homeless, saw two two White grils riding their bicycles and coming towards him, and casually shot both dead.
The story got no play outside of Orlando, and was soon sent down the memory hole. The last time I saw any mention of it, years ago, a fake news reporter claimed that police had called the killings "drug-related," even though nobody ever provided any evidence to back up said claim.

When they say "drug related" it means the bad guy was a known drug dealer. Even if no drug transaction was done or even initiated, that becomes a drug case.
