PGCE-P: Well, they ruined my late parents' neighborhood.
I remember finding a house key after my father's death a few years ago. I found it in the top of my late mother's china cabinet. I thought it was a spare key to my father's house. Then I realized that the key was to his former neighbors' house. He and the Rasmussen family had lived next door to one another for over 50 years. It was an extremely safe, high trust neighborhood with no crime at all. Thus the sharing of the house key in case the Rasmussens ever locked themselves out.
Then the sun went down.
Only never to return.

PGCE-P: The murder in the last article occurred less than 100 yards from my late father's backyard.
As for Susan Rice, she has enough money to escape the 'hood by moving to a real 'hood, a neighborhood full of white folks.

I posted this same story under the ADL headline.Here's my main comment on it:
"Rice never gave an actual argument that supported HER statement of "racism"--just an attack and attempt to eliminate the person from future conversation by censorship and removal.What works lately in the US,regarding race won't work in China--I don't believe.A white guy would say that here and he'd lose his job etc--that's the playbook Rice is trying to use on the diplomat.Worked with Roseanne,Papa John etc.
Interesting story from that angle.Will censorship by threat of job loss work on a foreign diplomat?

Yep. Exchange keys with the neighbor. Quite common at one time. And you never worried once about a thing in doing so.
I'm not sure what the Rice girl is talking about here. It has long been the practice for foreign nations to list advisories for their citizens traveling to the USA. Areas of the USA off limits to foreigners of all types because of high neighborhood crime. Especially in areas "predominatly" negro. Predominantly as meaning 100 % black and no one other than a black allowed to live there.
