N.S.: I've never heard of any black or Hispanic cops being terrorized for engaging in racist harassment, or blood libels against whites.

I read the article, and what this boils down to nowadays is,how can any white citizen, stand up to the inept, shortsighted politicians and not get fired for expressing the viewpoint,of wanting less foreigners and blacks around?Whites need a large legal advocacy group to push for what WE need to accomplish. When the day comes that a police union backs the cop instead of caving in to the politicians,we'll have a start. In the meantime,THIS was the El Paso Police Union's response:
"I'm glad that people are bringing it(the complaint)forward and then have Internal Affairs take a look at it," said Ron Martin, president of the El Paso Police Officers Association. "If it gets to the point where they need to be disciplined then discipline them."
Wrong response by Martin, but you can't blame him for saying that today. He's legally tied up by their contract.Police union rank and file are never able to publicly discuss matters of crime, race and immigration--not honestly, anyways. These rights need to be negotiated as part of the collective bargaining process.Police would give some eye opening thoughts on all of it--IF they could talk without termination hanging over their heads.
The politicians will never allow such an agreement,so large wildcat actions by police would be the only suggestion I could make. When the police can't take it anymore, when they're tired of being silenced or treated with a lack of respect, that they should be receiving for going out in the ghettos--with a target on their backs--THEN a,department,or a FEW departments getting together and saying,"ENOUGH,"might be the beginning of something better in the USA for all of us.
