The NYPD has reportedly been using a "pattern recognition system" called "Patternizr" which searches through files, discovers patterns, and helps police solve crimes.

N.S.: The real black rate is much higher. However, more and more black and Hispanic killers are being deliberately misclassified by police and criminal justice officials as "white."
Uh, oh. I see I misunderstood the "report." It looks at blacks only as victims of homicide, not perpetrators. Who are we supposed to believe is killing all those blacks? When you look at the victim stats in context, everything looks different. Nationally, 52% of murders are committed by blacks. And black killers are overwhelmingly supported by other blacks of all stations in life, including black cops, politicians and prosecutors, and the MSM.

Use violence quicker for less reason, more extreme in the use of that violence.
I just do not understand! Blacks and Mexicans wrongly identified as white? Not possible. If anything, Mex are classified as WHITE too often. Not even white except for a few Mex that are Castilian Spanish. Most Mex are mestizo mixed Spanish-Indian with the American Indian predominant.
