This needs to be done all the time. Add years to the sentence. I think rarely occurs. Negro famblee members making a scene in the courtroom too during sentencing need to get some time for contempt of court and disorderly conduct. A year for each person at a minimum. Again, that rarely occurs already. Those people tend to be quite emotional at sentencing time.
