Non-Hate Crime: “I’m going to take your eye out!” and “You white bitch!”; Hispanic Harlens Hernandez Allegedly Slashed White Woman’s Face in NYC Subway

This has been going on like crazy on Bill de Blasio’s watch. Black and Hispanic men sneak up behind white and Asian women on the streets and subways, and slash their faces. I’ve never heard of a black female vic. I’m not sure about Hispanic vics.
 

Maniac slashed woman at Midtown subway station, called her “white bitch”: cops

A crazed subway rider yelled “you white bitch” as he slashed a random Manhattan woman’s cheek with a razor blade in a Midtown station — and was then held down by fellow straphangers until police arrived, authorities said Monday.

[“Random”: Means racially-targeted white.]

The 24-year-old woman was on a southbound E train at the East 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue station around 6 p.m Saturday when Harlens Hernandez, 25, approached, yelled at her and cut her left cheek, cops said.

Hernandez, who had a box cutter, was heard to say “I’m going to take your eye out” and “you white bitch” to the victim, witnesses told police, according to a criminal complaint.

Other passengers held Hernandez down until police came and arrested him. The woman — who did not know her attacker — was taken to Presbyterian Hospital.

He was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing, cops said. He is being held on $25,000 bail.

N.S.: He should have been charged with aggravated assault and a hate crime, and remanded without bail, because he was already arrested for “a similar crime” about six weeks ago, and already had a court date slated for April 29, but he enjoys criminal justice affirmative action.

This “alleged” criminal ought to spend the next 30 years inside, but civilization will be lucky if he spends 30 months in prison.

By the way. All this talk about the need for more money for subway repairs is a smoke screen. The real problem wit the subways is constant, violent crime perpetrated almost exclusively by blacks and Hispanics. I almost never ride the subways, and yet about half the time I do, I'm either attacked by blacks (e.g., merely for trying to sit down), or I'm stuck behind a train which is a crime scene ("We;'re being delayed due to a crime scene in a train up ahead").

de Blasio (de Blah Blah Blah) says he wants more money for the subways, and to be in control of them, but that's just so he could steal the money, just like he and his wife did with the "missing" $850 or $900 million slush fund dedicated to "mental health," and a number of other slush funds. de Blah Blah blah also wants to let millons of blacks and Hispanics ride the subways andf buses for free, while hitting up the rest of the remaining whites and Asians for increased fares up to $3.00.
