Should be the death penalty. That is mass murder done during commission of a crime. Death penalty.
Pedro hopefully so will death and be executed. Since he was doing this for financial gain as part of a conspiracy that makes it worse too. Death is the only fitting and just punishment. I am not sure if this a federal case or not. It should be. Don can sign off on the warrant for execution.
