What? You can do whatever the fuck you want if you can get away with it?
Every one of the adults stealing this water - teaching their small children accomplices lessons that will destroy the course of their lives - is breaking the law, and they fully know it.
The privilege that every member of a civilized society enjoys requires an internal moral code, learned from the youngest age, that all laws have to be respected, not just if a teacher, employer or policeman is standing over your shoulder.
What you are witnessing is regression to a 3rd world, African mean: total disrepect and comtempt of law and authority, turning their countries into hellholes.
Don't these countries realize that by importing these people they are importing the behavior?

Yes,it's obvious you can "do whatever the fuck you want unless the law is enforced".What part of that is untrue?Laws were deemed necessary eons ago,but if those laws aren't enforced...they may as well not exist at all.That's what Clinton and Sanders want to do.Arrest fewer blacks and let more blacks out of prison.London will be coming to a town near you-maybe THIS summer(and they won't be stealing just water.)
