Not until Friday night, nearly three days after the shooting death of Renee Good in Minneapolis, did the Washington Post acknowledge what the Right knew by Wednesday afternoon: Good was an anti-ICE activist.
CNN’s opening headline: “Mother of 3 who loved to sing and write poetry shot and killed by ICE in Minneapolis.” Left unsaid is that this loving mother of three had somehow lost custody of the oldest two, now both teens living with their father in Colorado. Less than one in five men retain primary custody in America’s unjust divorce courts. What caused the courts to rule against Good is something the media do not want to know.
The media lament the death of Good’s second husband, Timmy Ray Macklin, Jr., an Air Force vet who suffered from PTSD and died in May 2023. What they do not say is that Macklin, the father of Good’s third child, committed suicide.
After two failed marriages, Good chose to become a lesbian.
