Governor Tim Walz Has Put Minnesota on a Civil War Footing; He has Called up the National Guard, in Order to Murder Federal Law Enforcement Officers, on Behalf of Foreign Criminals

What can the President do?

1. He must get the ICE agent, Jonathan Ross, who in self-defense killed Renee Good on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, out of Minnesota, before Tim Walz can have him murdered.

2. He can federalize and then disarm the National Guard in Minnesota.

3. He can have Tim Walz (and, if he wishes, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, as well) arrested, and brought to a different location, out of state, to be tried for sedition or treason.

4. He can have hundreds of the insurrectionists arrested on federal charges, and removed from Minnesota soil, for prosecution.

The President had sent 2,000 ICE agents to Minneapolis, in order to discourage terrorists from engaging in confrontations. However, Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, and other communists insisted on inciting violence. Walz had previously called ICE the President's “gestapo.” And Walz' Lt. Governor, Margaret "Peggy" Flanagan, had called on communists to engage in violence against ICE, before Renee Good got herself killed. And there have been repeated violent attacks by terrorists against ICE agents (e.g., "ramming"). And many influential Democrats have lied, in insisting that ICE agents are not police, and have no police powers, thereby emboldening insurrectionists like Renee Good. Now, Walz has left no doubt that he wants to start Civil War II.

The President cannot back down from Walz. And he must find out who is behind Walz, and arrest and prosecute him, as well. This threat of civil war is way above Tampon Timmy's weight class.

“Interestingly, the Democrats have been saying that National Guard troops should disobey 'illegal orders.' I wonder if they consider telling them to harrass, attack, and interefere with federal officers is considered an illegal order? It certainly seems that Walz is trying to create another Fort Sumpter. It makes you wonder if he is doing this to distract from the criminal fraud investigation to keep himself and others out of jail. It sounds like an act of desperation, and that he doesn’t care about the consequences of his actions.”

"Walz signed a trio of executive orders in preparation for National Guard deployment, saying he has placed troops on standby 'out of an abundance of caution.'"
