"firefighters recovered the woman’s body in the fountain valley area near Ellis avenue, using an aerial ladder to lower crews into the river before placing her into a Stokes basket and hoisting her out of the water. she was pronounced dead at the scene. F"

Most of the photos provided at wire fraud central showed a nameless foreign criminal described as the dead criminal's "partner." So, why didn't he marry her, and why isn't he providing for his now motherless daughters, ages 11 and 16? First of all, because then she wouldn't have been able to commit welfare fraud against the American people, and secondly, he just doesn't care. He's leaving their support to the "gringos." Meanwhile, the nameless "partner" is surely at the top of the list of the police's murder suspects, unless, that is, they intend to act as the killer's accessories after the fact, and "drown" Miss Torres' murder.
