Update on grand rapids mass murder: "person of interest"--not a suspect--talking with police, saysd local station; landlord of rented house says, "the woman and two teens, moved in a week ago and complained about fighting with neighbors"

GRA: I'm summarizing woodtv's tv report and the headline above this is the basic core of the new news.

The house had been unoccupied for many months until the three of them moved in a week ago.

"she complained about the pipes bring frozen sunday," said the White landlord.

"I don't usually interact with the tenants, but I came over and thawed the pipes out yesterday (monday). we were going to finish the job in the morning today (tuesday), but the shooting had already gone down."

He also revealed, "she said there were verbal fights with neighbors."

Was she playing music too loud? Is a neighbor the killer? Or did an ex-boyfriend find out her new address and dish out "black justice"?

More, as I get details.

N.S.: For over 20 years, "person of interest" has been cops' and the media's favorite euphemism for suspect, which is already euphemismy. They can't go and switch on us again. I'm going with suspect.

bLACK MURDERER,CHARLES BROOMFIELD GOT REVENGE ON HIS WHITE EX--"FIANCEE" AND HER 100% WHITE KIDS,WHILE SPARING THE HALFIE FIVE YEAR OLD,HE HAD WITH HER

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man accused of premeditated murder in the deaths of his estranged fiancee and her two sons called 911 to report a home invasion and shooting at their Grand Rapids home, a source close to the investigation told News 8.

Charles Broomfield now faces three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony in the deaths of Jacqueline Neill and her sons, 13-year-old Michael Kilpatrick and 15-year-old Cameron Kilpatrick, Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker announced Wednesday.

A source close to the investigation told News 8 that Broomfield is Neill’s estranged fiance.

Online records show Broomfield, 44, was booked into the Kent County jail Tuesday. It’s not yet known when he will go before a judge for arraignment, but it could be as early as Thursday. If convicted of first-degree murder, he’ll spend the rest of his life in prison.

“I appreciate the work of the Grand Rapids Police Department to quickly and thoroughly conduct an investigation into this horrible event to allow these charges to be filed,” Becker said in a statement.

In a statement released to News 8 Wednesday afternoon, family identified the victims as Neill and her sons, calling the killings “a senseless act of violence that has left our family utterly devastated.”

“There are no words to adequately describe the heartbreak we feel over losing multiple family members,” the statement continues. “We appreciate the outpouring of love from the greater Grand Rapids community during our darkest hour.”

GPRD previously said investigators were speaking with a person of interest, though a spokesperson for the agency did not reply to a Tuesday message asking whether that person was in police custody.

Neill, Michael and Cameron were found dead in a home on Worden Street SE near Kalamazoo Avenue around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday. A source close to the investigation said the boys were shot in their beds.

Also in the home but unharmed was a 5-year-old boy — Neill and Broomfield’s son, the source said.

At the scene, GRPD Chief Eric Winstrom called it “pure homicide.”

GRA:You never know when the blackies will try to kill you. But he DOESN'T kill his own HALFIE kid.

That wraps up this case. In the back of my mind,I wondered if this was a(White)woman trying to get away from a coon. My second theory proved true.
