N.S.: Keep in mind that Mr. Bill Clinton used to talk that way, when he was president, but he didn't mean any of it. (Circa 1996, Mr. Bill Clinton said that America was going to become the first country with no majority group, which means that he suupported swamping us with third-world "immigrants.") I think that Ruy Texeira took a leaf from the Mr. Bill Clinton (as opposed to the Mrs. Bill Clinton) playbook. Thus, I do not think that Texeira believes his own words.

But Bill is being punished for starting the invasion,by having to look at Hillary every day. Cruel and unusual punishment. Bush Sr's "new world order" probably was the acorn of the idea. It just took a while to get going.
