Should be easy to find out. Is he missing or at home? Usually,the person--if he's falsely accused--will make a statement on social media saying,"It Ain't Me,Babe".

Better get NCIS on this one, haven't we seen those episodes where they plug a photo into their facial recognition software and it does that high speed comparison with millions of photos until it find their man, or woman? I mean, that's a pretty clear photo, even with those dark glasses there's plenty of features to compare with other faces. If someone doesn't recognize him soon, I'd be shocked.
