Was he here before? If he was,imprison him. I still like the idea of a multi-country funded prison system,in a neutral country,where these criminals can be shipped for breaking immigration laws(plus felonies while in that country) and the U.S. doesn't have to pay 100% of the expenses. England,France,Germany can all send their immigrant scum to this prison system(put it in north Canada for all I care)as long as those countries contribute money to the housing of these felons.
