Which the city,I'm sure,approves of. I talked to a landlady in Grand Rapids,who told me,a black in charge of housing for the city,was pushing for squeezing out Whites like her,by implementing rules that she can't possibly afford,but that ghetto companies COULD follow(and get exemptions for,because they're black owned).
The fix is in.
