In a way, it's an example of Sailer's law. Let's see, he's a carjacker who roams around free while ignoring a court appearance. Then he shoots at a car and misses, but the shot kills a White girl in a nearby park.
I know the area. Several colleges (Belmont, David Lipscomb, and Vanderbilt) are close by. It's long been a hunting ground for black felons looking White females.

If I was a White female,
And I lived in Nashville,
Wouldn't go near a project site,
Not even a maybe.
There was a nig with a gun,
And wanted to use it,
Should have just shot himself,
Not an innocent lady.
But ni**ers are stupid like that,
Between dumb and crazy,
Should have never been let out,
To kill an innocent lady.
If I had a say in these things,
If I had the power,
The bullet would miss the poor girl,
And ricochet into Taylor.

.
Often horrific crimes perpetrated by black thugs are described as having been caused by a "stray" bullet. Where is the evidence for that? I believe in most of these incidents the bullet hit its intended target and the word "stray" is added to minimize the guilt of the thug.
So now there's 1,351 guitar pickers in Nashville.
