"Law enforcement" officials.The only thing "law enforcement" officials DIDN'T do to advance his criminal career into attempted murder,is give him a loaded gun.Someone with 45 prior arrests should not be out on the street--he's unrehabilitatable--and will proceed to murder at some point.35 arrests--a confirmed criminal. .Depending on the crimes,TWENTY is plenty of evidence that his behavior will not change.
"Law enforcement"(of blacks and Mex)is as extinct as the dinosaur.
