Criminal thugs will be spoken of in the lowest possible terms by cops--because the thugs ARE animals to a large degree.Most are sociopaths.It's a war every night between cops and thugs to see who lives and who doesn't at the end of a shift.If the mayor(who is black)worries about language,he shouldn't be there--which is the problem with black mayors--they're repulsed by Whites enforcing the law on "gorillas","nig*ers" etc.
The problem isn't the descriptions of the black thugs--it's the bLACK THUGS!
