Dellums Fair Chance Access to Housing & Public Health & Safety Ordinance, bans the box for Berkeley tenants seeking housing. Berkeley’s new Fair Chance Housing Ordinance, codified at Berkeley Municipal Code Chapter 13.106, prohibits landlords from inquiring into applicants’ criminal records on rental applications. Dow Constantine--the King County Executive--should be arrested for aiding and abetting illegal aliens. So should all those bank executives who loan them money as it is against the law to encouraging them to settle.

I am in total agreement. Not allowing the planes to be refueled by intimidation tactics must also be a federal crime? You are interfering with the movement of a public transportation vehicle crossing interstate lines.
