The cops are also the bad guys. They routinely define down felonies, including attempted murder, into misdemeanors, violations, or non-crimes, so that the DA’s office never considers charging such crimes, and they did that when Giuliani was mayor.
Stop backing the blue; they’re playing you for a fool.

I had thought both men had handguns. The garage worker did not have a firearm but TOOK the gun away from the bad guy that had ALREADY shot him.
Legitimate use of self defense to use the handgun then.
That anything would even have been considered otherwise. But this is the Bragg boy at work.
Maybe he is kin to the famous Civil War General officer Braxton Bragg. Confederate.
I don't know if the victim has been released but he was handcuffed to his hospital bed.
This is all a travesty.
