"they" are claiming the houston restaurant robber killer is racist
We knew this was coming. Post the pix of him when he was 12 years old. His fambly can sue the shooter savior:

N.S.: As I've been saying for ten or eleven years, as far as blacks are concerned, they have a license to kill, while Whites have a duty to die.
Another thing: blacks refuse to follow any rules, but love to invent rules to harm the White man.

It is entirely possible you could lose your lunch from seeing this but the comments are hysterical, might be worth the hassle.
It's a little surprising that he left the scene; he really should have stayed -- I mean, he just shot someone multiple times, and having watched the video it was clear that person was going to die; one could liken it to a hit and run -- also, it's very unlikely the police would not be able to track him down.
I'm also a little bit surprised the police were seemingly not more aggressive in saying he was wanted for questioning, and trying to track him down, since it was a homicide and the DA had yet to make a determination whether or not charges will be filed.
In the video, after getting loot from pretty much everyone in the restaurant, the robber (who is agitated and gives off a kind of crazy vibe) is walking by the table where the shooter is sitting, apparently heading toward the door; it does not look like he's paying attention to what people in the restaurant are doing -- when the robber is almost completely past the table, i.e. his back is almost to the shooter, the shooter pulls his weapon and fires at the robber from the side, almost from the back -- the shooter fires multiple shots at close range, and several must have hit the robber in the back as he fell forward in the direction he was walking (toward the door).
Just going by the video, I am not so sure the shooter is out of the woods regarding charges; I won't be surprised either way (even without any racial angle).
To me, in addition to the obvious fact it looked like an armed robbery (I think it turns out the robber did not have a real gun, but the people in the restaurant could not have known that), the fact the robber appeared agitated, with sort of manic behavior that would have given the impression he was unpredictable, works in favor of the shooter, who may have just decided not to take any chances.
For a black to be shot in the back by a non-negro,is strictly prohibited in black law--even if the black thug was committing rape on the shooter's wife or mother--and is punishable in the following ways:
Drive-by shooting of non-black shooter's house and car.
Revenge shooting on the street,resulting in death of non-black.

This is Texas. Fuck around and find out. Charge him. Good luck getting a jury to convict.
Even if he is not criminally charged the shooter surely if identified will be sued in civil court for damages this will be the case and he might very well lose
