When blacks cops are lead by a black chief,the lawlessness in their DNA comes out unthrottled.The nigs feel as if they have to answer to no one--just as if they were in a gang.Rules are discarded and black law is installed.Their purpose is not to prevent crime,but inflict their will on whoever opposes them.There's no reason to believe that black cops are the least bit honest,but every reason to believe they are corrupt and dangerous to the citizenry--even to blacks.
