On the one hand, you would think that a business could reject a customer's business for any number of reasons:no money, robbed the place before, made a scene(e.g.waffle house negroes),walked out without paying etc.On the other hand,if none of those things ever happened before,it seems like any customer willing to pay for a service, must be allowed to transact--the courts are pretty adamant in their beliefs that a company cannot choose who to serve and who not to.If SCOTUS allows that to occur--even in this one rare situation--it opens up other scenarios of subjectiveness by companies.

It's a tough call, since Muhammad Ali was allowed to abstain from the draft via religious reasons, some people are allowed to refuse the vaxx for religious reasons. There seems to be a small amount of room for a favorable ruling in favor of the baker--but politically--I doubt they will do it.

(AND yet, customers can refuse to go to a business for ANY reason--including racial, religious, gender or you just don't like the proprietor.)

At least for now you can choose what business you patronize but if Woke fanatics get their way, you'll be required to support black or other minority owned businesses: https://www.npr.org/2020/06/26/883823723/activists-are-pushing-for-consumers-to-support-black-businesses-is-it-sustainabl
Of course, this is still a far cry from any kind of mandatory legal requirement but with the eventual elimination of cash money and advent of electronic monitoring of purchases they can look at your history and know that you are avoiding certain businesses. With the movement of our money under constant surveillance the government can institute tax penalties, suspend your ability to buy things or any other number of punishments in order to force "diversity support consumerism".
