the teen murder suspect, Victoria Duron, 17, claims her boyfriend, who is a minor and name is not publicly released, shot the boy identified as Tyrone Fiamahn, court records show.

N.S.: I'm not playing along with the "drug deal gone wrong" storyline anymore. These are premeditated murders. Murder One. The line about "drug deals (or robberies) gone wrong" is a fairy tale the msm or the cops came up with, in order to re-define murder one into murder two. And when the "suspect" asserted that her boyfriend was the real killer, she unwittingly confessed to murder. Legally and morally, it's irrelevant who shot the vic dead.

Or premeditated robberies with the always popular elimination of witnesses aka a 'robbery gone wrong' -- sell/buy meetups arranged via Craigslist are notorious for this -- here NBC calls them 'robberies by appointment', which somehow 'turn violent':

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The mother of eight who disappeared more than a month ago had been dating a man whose criminal record includes a murder-for-hire plot, according to those close to her.
From almost the start, police in Kalamazoo County said they had a person of interest they believed knew where to find Heather Kelley, who went missing on Dec. 10.
They wouldn’t identify the man or say how he knew her, though they said he was locked up on an unrelated charge.
Stephen Martin, the father of Kelley’s eight children, told Target 8 she was dating a man at the time she disappeared.

Missing Portage woman’s mom: ‘I just want her to come home’
A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons said the 37-year-old man had been released from federal prison in July and was transferred to “community confinement,” a halfway house operated by the Bureau of Prisons’ Detroit Residential Reentry Management Office.
The man was listed as an escapee from federal custody on Dec. 12, two days after the disappearance, federal records show.
GRA:They have this nig in custody on an unrelated charge.Now they need to find the body.A "violent crime scene was discovered" within the last month--but no sign of Kelley.
