LA teenager, 17, who plowed his car into a mother walking her baby in a stroller is shot dead on the street after DA only gave him a few months of diversionary camp as punishment
Kristopher Baca, a 17-year-old from Los Angeles who was involved in a hit-and-run incident in which a mother and her baby in a stroller were injured has been shot dead.
Mexican tried to kill white woman and child.
