I proudly present the GRA Award to these restaurants--for their efforts to produce a quality eating experience--in other words--without blacks!

How short-sighted of you! Without blacks, these GRA Award-winning restaurants lack the "vibrant" atmosphere of places like the Waffle House. Who will entertain the guests with riots? Who will throw the chairs?
In the city of Chicago, it is illegal to be ugly ugly as meaning terribly disfigured you cannot walk on the streets if you are ugly
