Literally, you are what you eat.
I stay away from things like wheat.
Has genes that can cause chronic inflammation.
That is, unlike a bee sting which is temporary.
More like plaque build-up in the arteries.

Wasn't good at it.
So, swim instead and eat fermented foods such as kombucha drinks, Greek yogurt and Icelandic yogurt, or Skyr. Swam over 2,000 meters tonight in an indoor pool.
And take a probiotic with breakfast.
