White high school coach Travis Allen and his daughter have a lawsuit against a vermont school district, after they were both suspended for speaking out against boys in the girls' locker room:

"co-principals notified me (Blake Allen) that I was found guilty of harassment and bullying of 'a student on the basis of the targeted student’s gender identity.' As punishment, school officials told me I must take part in a 'restorative justice circle' with the equity coordinator, submit a 'reflective essay,' and serve out-of-school suspension."
The day the gender gestapo tells me I have to take part in a "restorative justice circle and write a reflective essay" is the day my resistance level explodes exponentially.
N.S.: This is the real and very ugly face of "the war on bullying."

As far as I know a teen boy exposing his privates inside of a girls locker room is still a serious offense.
