Yesterday, the new york times (and only the new york times) claimed this was a mass murder of passion.

Unless it’s a race crime, I’m getting bored with the police cloak of silence, combined with the claim that there’s no danger to the public. If they know some detail to back that up—that this was a triple murder and a suicide—say so. Otherwise, say SOMETHING.
