It's the least we can do for them sending a lot of their criminals over to the United States--without so much as a "NO--you can't come in here"--from us.

Correct. Illegals [predominantly Mex I presume] about 15 % of the federal prison population USA. That is a considerable number. And I suspect at the state level you probably will have a goodly number too. Get rid of all those miscreants and the wall would have paid for itself in three years minimum.
