The msm always shows parasites like him in suit and tie and wearing glasses.

Makes him appear to be professorial.

Or intelligent.

Or something.

STOCKTON SERIAL KILLER HAS MURDERED ONE WHITE,HOMELESS MAN AND FOUR MEX
(NBC)

Police on Monday continued to search for a person of interest in a series of five fatal shootings in Stockton, California, that are believed to be interconnected.

“By definition, you could probably very well call this serial killings,” Stockton Police Chief Stanley McFadden said Friday.

An unidentified person recorded on grainy security video could be a suspect or a witness, police said, and other people may be involved in the five attacks, which have happened since July.

McFadden said all of the slayings have happened after dark and in areas with few security cameras. Each of the attacks has involved a single victim.

“It wasn’t a robbery,” he said. “Items aren’t being stolen. They’re not talking about any gang activity in the area or anything. It’s just element of surprise.”

The city is offering a $75,000 reward for information leading to an arrest, and Stockton Crime Stoppers put up an additional $10,000.

The San Joaquin County medical examiner’s office released the names of the victims Monday: Paul Alexander Yaw, 35, of Stockton, who died July 8; Salvador Debudey, Jr., 43, of Stockton, who died Aug. 11; Jonathan Hernandez Rodriguez, 21, of Stockton, who died Aug. 30; Juan Cruz, 52, of Stockton, who died Sept. 21; and Lawrence Lopez Sr., 54, of Stockton, who died Sept. 27.

Stockton police spokesperson Joe Silva said Monday investigators need the community's help.

"We do have grieving family members that are asking a lot of questions, and they want closure," he said. "We are just hoping that someone will do the right thing and report that information to our detectives."

As I watched a replay of nnn's report on the reputed serial killer,I see another crime occurring in Stockton,in that they have a Stanley McFadden as their police chief.McFadden is black--as all police chiefs must be these days. With a black in charge of Whites, the black law which negroes swear by(e.g.no law)can be fully realized and implemented.
A black as your police chief sets the tone of your city as anti-law and pro-crime,along with the fact that Whites are subordinate to blacks(which should NEVER happen.)

It's laughable to see heinous crime reports on TV for various cities, while noting that 99% of those city's police chiefs ARE bLACK.They walk to a microphone and make fools of themselves, attempting to sound tough on crime, but are never convincing(at least to me).

White police chiefs,in cities that have blacks as 25% of their population, have their hands tied by pro-black groups, but as feckless as White chiefs have become the last 5 to 10 years, black chiefs are much worse--because at least White cops would prefer to enforce the law--while black cops and chiefs, will not --in the least.
