(From the article) Thursday, Assistant Summit County Prosecutor Brian LoPrinzi revealed a couple of new details during online court hearings in which all three men — Donovon, Deshawn Stafford Jr. and Tyler Stafford — pleaded not guilty.
Deshawn Stafford, 20, “struck the blow” that knocked out Liming and caused his death, LoPrinzi said.
Stafford, who faces the most serious charges in the case, also had a juvenile record that included three charges, including assault and criminal trespass, he said.
Jon Sinn appears in a video arraignment for his client Deshawn Stafford, 20, who is one of three defendants charged in the death of Ethan Liming in the courtroom of Summit County Common Pleas Judge Tammy O'Brien on Thursday.
Stafford’s little brother, Tyler, 19, struck Liming “a couple of times,” LoPrinzi said. Tyler has no criminal record.

LoPrinzi did not elaborate on what Jones, who also has no criminal record and is a cousin of the Staffords, may have done that night. But Jones now only faces two misdemeanor charges.
GRA:If he did nothing to stop it,then using the Chauvin case as precedent--he should be charged as the other officers were--and sent to prison for 4 years.Of course there are many differences between those two cases.Chauvin and officers committed no crime--as Floyd was overdosing.Here,the three blacks attacked and killed the White man Ethan Liming.
Yet,one of the black thugs is only being charged with an effing misdemeanor.

Each of those thugs too is an adult. This Ethan was a minor. Any sort of crime committed by an adult against a minor normally gets you 3X then normal punishment. Correct too, Ethan was killed in a manner at least 2nd degree murder and the charges against the thugs way too low.
Since the crime too seems to have been committed on a school property that too is normally a 3X amount of punishment. I asked an ADA if that is done and he said he had never heard about it. But it is on the books in some locales.
