Here's the dilemma:IF he's "White",he loses the case--but if he's black he doesn't have to pay.
A secondary question:how can you defame a dead person?

This West should say if I am sued I want the Floyd boy dug up for another autopsy. You can easily imagine the reaction.
Defamation is only good if what you said was a lie and you knew it to be a lie when you said it. You can reasonably infer the Floyd boy died from heart failure. He was complaining of not being able to breathe BEFORE he was down on the ground.
