There were four cameras, each of which should captured the black terrorist’s image, but every one of them was inoperable.
The maintenance of the NYC subway system has been in black hands for over 30 years. The only question in my mind is, did the black workers neglect the cameras out of the usual black laziness, or because, knowing that almost all subway crime is committed by blacks, they were actively aiding and abetting black criminals?

Laziness, ghost payrollers, or just an incompetence at fixing things. Strange so many camera all at once out where they are needed the most.
