The city, like other American cities, is covered by a network of closed circuit tv cameras, because of black criminals and black “civilians’” refusal to cooperate with the authorities. However, the technology proved worthless, because blacks were responsible for maintaining it.

Like the list in Chicago--which shows blacks in charge of many political jobs--NYC's "leaders" will cover each other's black as*es over any SNAFU. They'll lie,cover-up and procrastinate in response to any inquiries,made by whatever press reporter decides to act impartial--and hold the nig's feet to the fire.
Time for a recall.
